State Beach Resort And Spa

Location is perfect. The ambience is excellent. The staff are very helpful. Whatever we ordered at the restaurant was delicious.

Of our 3 rooms, two were excellent but one (112) had an odour ( musty? ). The staff tried multiple times to fix it but they were unsuccessful

1.the sea view 2.location is not far from city , 3.nice ambience 4.interior design is also good 5.hote water availability 6.helpufull staff 7.car parking area

1.toilet wc is positioned on a raised floor , its difficult to use 2. toilet door is opening towards the was counter , it can be done opposite 3.they didnt clean the room after one night stay , even after i personally informed the manager at reception , they got almost 10 hours to do this , we wen out and asked to do the cleaning 4.didnt fill tea and coffee ,it forced me to call reception at 11 pm and asked for it , the good thing is they supplied it without failure 5.if they can make an access to the beach from their property it will enhance the feel of staying there ,but its depends on government policies , just a suggestion

Location

The hotel in entirety. Badly managed rooms. No housekeeping to clean on a daily basis, food was basic, no hot water, no wifi. Room size was too small for the price they charged.

Need some room Repair because the raining time water leak but queakly change my room

break fast was decent though less items. the rooms were congested and bath room was not upto the mark

Ac was leaking and load shedding

Food for buffet in the morning.
