State Beach Resort And Spa

Perfect place if you are a beach lover… Perfect view of Arabian Sea and also the cliff… With Best View and Instaworthy Property where every corner has a unique view. They have 3 types of room. Its better to book Deluxe Room or Suite to get more wonderful experience because we booked standard room which was very cozy n small with no view from the room at all. The size of the room was very small but overall loved the property. You need to have your own vehicle or you need to rent one because you can reach the property by local transport(Auto) but if you wish to go out then you need to walk 1.5KM to main road for Auto. They have their own restaurant which serves all day menu and they have wide range of options. You can enjoy your coffee or evening tea with the best view of Arabian Sea. Buffet Breakfast is also great & they change their menu every single day. We had A typical Kerala style Curry, Puttu, Poori Bhaji, Muttu (Jaggery & Coconut), French Toast, Cornflakes , Juices , Fruits , Tea Coffee & Bread Butter Jam. So overall they have good options. Staff at Reception as well as at Restaurant are very kind and professional as well as helpful. Mr Liju - Restaurant Manager was really helpful and was able to take our feedback politely.

The Room Size was very small and no View from inside the room. They should keep either Dosa or One common Item every day so people from outside of Kerala can enjoy more. (Restaurant manager said they have fresh menu everyday but they should keep plain dosa & Masala Dosa from Live section everyday)

Great location. Theme of the hotel decor matches with marine expeditions. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Tasty food.

The room, the AC was leaking on to the pillows on the bed in the middle of the night and the maintenance dis only after reminding them. Water was coming in through the main door in the wind and rain. Over priced for the facilities offered. Nothing like what is shown in the pictures in Booking.com

Amazing Ambiance with beach sounds. Great interior and facility is amazing.
