Selella Resort

First day we didnt have AC in the room, it was a bit hot... then the following day they moved us to another room but the there was construction on that side... it was really noisy

Location was good but no access to the lake. White, clean sheets and towels

Small room. Poor design of the bathroom. The door opens only half way, because it hits the toilet. No separate area for shower. No fridge.

Cynthia was absolutely amazing. She arranged everything. I asked for flowers, fruit, drinks, and flower petals in the room. I asked to book the hotels airport shuttle to go to the airport in the morning.book a table in the restaurant upon arrival. And a pack lunch for the flight. All of this Cynthia and Bridgit organised to perfection. I've travelled to over 16 different countries, and I have to say The Selella Resort service is the best by far. Thank you so much. I hope to stay again soon.

the bathroom shower drainage is poor. while taking a shower, the whole bathroom floods with water .Room 309.

good and healthy meal

Poor light fitting in the room. No working space in the room. no table to eat on if you order room service. Such a hotel should have a variety of room TV services. wrong location of power sockets. Poorly installed lighting in passages and toilets in the reception area. Lights at the passages go off when you are not in the sight of the motion sensors
