jatra Flagship Sylhet is a very good hotel in Sylhet city in low budget. Other hotels do not provide such services within this budget. At first glance, you'll think it's a house. You can't understand how beautiful their rooms are until you see them. Their environment is very peaceful. You can relax after a long day's work, absolutely noise free, which you will not find in other hotels. Their manager Asad Bhai is a very helpful man. I couldn't go out because of the rain, he took me to the car with an umbrella. Those who go to Sylhet for official work can keep this hotel in their wish list.

I am an Italian citizen, I booked a room at Hotel Flagship Sylhet from Italy. I wanted to go to the country and live in a place where I could live on my own terms. I was very worried at first about how the hotel would be. But after visiting the hotel I liked it a lot. I got exactly what I wanted. I have requested my friend to stay in this hotel when they come to Sylhet, because I like their service very much. I used to come to the hotel after many nights, they always opened the gate for me, I annoyed them a lot, but they always gave me service. I like the fact that they never get bored. Especially Asad bhai, he used to stay up till night just for me, I actually used to open the gate for me. I got a very good experience from here. Thank you Jatra🥰

Jatra flagship Sylhet is a very good quality service appartment, this is my first experience staying here but it was very good. Everything matches with their online rating and room photos. Their staff was very good especially Asad is a very good person, he helped me a lot. Collaborating, giving ideas about different locations. But the most important thing is that despite their 4* quality service, their televisions were very bad, I mean they are manual televisions, then there is no internet connection in television . I couldn't even add netflix. They are really disappointing me.

The beatiful design of the room is like in a real hotel. The furniture and the bed sheets were excellent. The stuff were nice and friendly.

• No properly working AC in the common area. Working there on the laptop was too hot. • Also no proper lighting in the common room that makes it too dark. • No fan in the room. When electricity goes off the room becomes a sauna. It was suffocating at times both in the room and in the common area. • The necessity to ring the door bell for the reception guy to come out and open our door to the guest rooms on the opposite side of the staircase every time we came from outside. The door password is too difficult to remember. • No fridge ( had to ask the reception guy to put our stuff in their fridge on the other side of the staircase)

I stayed at Jatra flagship Sylhet yesterday, although it is a service apartment, their service is very good. I have traveled to many places in Bangladesh, but I have never found such a service apartment. It was really one of a kind. I especially like their room and management. If you travel to Sylhet, you will find Asad, he is a very smiling person.As if he informed me about various tourist places and rented a board at Ratarkul at a very cheap rate.

But the problem is that they don't have any signboard, it's a bit difficult to find. This is the best place to stay in otherwise.

I have stayed at Jatra Flagship Dhaka quite a few times. I am booking through them in Sylhet, all their properties are same and so is their service. They are always very helpful, like I check-in at 2:30 pm, they even brought me and my son from the main road in the middle of the night 🤗 also arranged Seheri for me and my son thanks Asad & Mehedi. Jatra is always my favorite place 💚
