Jatra Flagship Sylhet City Centre

The room was very clean.

I was under the impression it was part of a hotel chain, Jatra, where I have stayed in cox's bazar and Chittagong. Booking.com needs to establish if it is or not, Jatra is a hotel but to my surprise this was within a residential building and a school where I believe they are renting floors and using it as a hotel. All the colour schemes and logos are similar to jatra Hotel. The lift is usually shut at certain hours where I had to use the stairs 4 floors with carrying my luggage. I did order breakfast, and I didn't get it. In the morning at 8:30 am, I couldn't find anyone at the reception. Also I had to walk from the main road as there was roadworks. There are no signage so it was difficult for me to find the place in rain walking up and down the road. Had I known it would be like this I wouldn't have booked.

Their service, their room everything. I took their seheri it was very tasty. We have talked to them that they have 5 properties in Bangladesh. We are traveling to Rajshahi next inshaAllah.

I lived in JatraFlexship Sylhet few days ago. I like their environment, they are very clean and tidy. Everything is fine with the room rent they charge. Asad is always ready to provide service, even after I have annoyed him, he has no problem saying it with a smile sir😊😊. I especially like Asad usage,, I will go again 🧡🧡

Cleanliness of the rooms and definitely the service from Asad and Mehedi was exceptional.

Rooms were very clean. Excellent central location but without the noise. Breakfast was truly exceptional- two options ordered the night before, either traditional eggs, Paratha, Daal and fruit salad or continental toast, Jam, Eggs and fruit. Coffee and Juice also included. Naeem was friendly and very accommodating. Would recommend for a budget friendly, comfy central Sylhet Stay.

Excellent Service & stay! The staff is very very friendly and so helpful and caring. For Breakfast we could choose from Toast/Egg/Butter/Jam or Roti/Veggies/Omelette, coffee & Juice - both good 👍 The Hotel Adress is exactly mentioned and it is very quiet from Main road (only 2 min walking to get CNG or Rickshaws).

The Beds are a bit hard for our Taste (but very New!) and the windows are not closing 100%. Internet is on and off inside the rooms but ok in the common area.

Quiet location in side street off main road. Very nice room with a VERY comfortable bed. A good bathroom and the manager, NAYEM, was extremely helpful and kind.

Breakfasts were simple but good though a bit repetitive.
