Bathrooms need a freshen up

There was no lock on the door, fridge didn’t work, sheets were stained and dirty, towel was too, toilet didn’t stop flushing, sink tap did not stop dripping, room was full of mosquitoes, nowhere to lock up valuables, the place was falling apart, it was the worst place in Bali!!! I have been to Bali at least 30 times…. I could not stay, it was not safe for me to remain there as a solo traveller, I inspected the room, then left immediately… I did not stay there and I would really like a refund

UAProperty was excellent 20 years ago. Now it’s a bit dated. Super mosquito crowded.

AULocation is excellent and the staff were to especially the spa and massage ladies.
Bathroom needs overhaul, no water pressure and toilets substandard.

There was no meal options within the hotel, there was no bar, room service or anything of the likes, the water pressure was a dribble and it took 20mins for it to go hot, not ideal with a toddler and baby! It also seemed a little rundown
