Air con wasn’t great , no safe in my room , water pressure in the shower was bad , no shampoo for the shower

NZLocation is definitely a plus right on beach front and surprisingly quiet. Don’t hear traffic, dogs etc
Older and could use some renovation. Pool is great but some tiles are broken so have to be careful
