Please note that with your hotel reservation confirmation (printed or online on your smartphone), you can travel free of charge by bus from Lucerne train station to Hotel Richemont (line 24 to the Hotel Seeburg stop). Please note that the reception and the restaurant are only open until 17:00. If you intend to arrive after 17:00, please inform the hotel in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. The hotel will send you an e-mail with the access code for the key box at the hotel entrance. Please note that the elevator is out of service from 5 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following morning. Please use the side entrance on the right-hand side of the building. You can reach the second floor, where your room is located, via the stairs. Please note that hotel's car park is only accessible between 06:00 and 23:00. A deposit may be required at the property.

L emplacement de l hôtel quasi au bord du lac.

Fermeture de la réception et plus personne dans l hôtel le soir. Absence d ascenseur disponible après 17h sachant que je voyageais avec une personne très âgée et une autre avec une mobilité réduite.

"Gut und günstig."

Gute Lage, ÖV all 15min vor der Tür. Parking für 10 CHF Pro Tag auch gut in der Tiefgarage.

Frühstück hat eine sehr kleine Auswahl, ich hätte mir für den Preis von 19.50 CHF pro Person noch inklusive Rührei, Speck etc gewünscht wie es in anderen Hotels üblich ist, nur Brot und Müesli ist sehr wenig Auswahl.
