"Hotel Vanoise is a great budget option in Tignes for those who place priority on proximity to the lifts over luxury."

Not a better location in Tignes-Val Claret. 100 feet to the ski lift and restaurants. True ski in/ski out. Super friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the bar. Juliet and Paul provided great help and advice. My single room included a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the ski school and retail plaza. Most accommodation available in Tignes and Val d’isere are apartments. This is especially true for Val Claret. Definitely more hotel options in Val d’isere, but Tignes is a better choice for ski in/out.

Bathroom was cozy but functional. Basic but filling breakfast.
