וואו מלון מטורף! המלון הכי טוב שהיינו בו באפריקה. מתוחזק, נקי, שירות מדהים, צוות מאד נחמד שירותי ואדיב. חדר משפחה גדול, מגבות מפנקות. כל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו. כל בעיה שהיתה פתרו במהירות. מזגן בחדר. המסעדה עם אוכל מעולה ולא כ"כ יקר.

הדבר היחידי זה שהבריכה היתה קרה. הילדים ציפו לה כל הטיול אבל לא יכלו להיכנס. בגלל שכמעט תמיד יש עננות באזור וקרירות, ציפיתי ממלון כזה שהבריכה תהיה מחוממת

Beautiful hotel, lovely big bed, large rooms. Amazing gym, pool, sauna, steam and best massages. Impeccably trained staff. So professional and friendly. Amazing food, compliments to the chef.

I cant express how amazing this property is! This resort is absolutely beautiful!! The interior decor of the hotel is designed perfectly. The views outside the property of the Congo and Lake Kivu is a showstopper! The food was so delicious and fulfilling. The service from staff was top notch! I highly recommend a stay at this property, it was really amazing!
