the room was super clean I had the pool view and it was incredible.

I had high expectations for a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, the service from the staff fell short of what I anticipated. While the facilities and location were excellent, I was disappointed by the lack of attentiveness and professionalism. I hope to see improvements in staff training and guest relations to better reflect the standards of a luxury hotel."
