THE WHOLE TRIP GOT MESSED UP. WE HAD THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION, BUT HOTEL DID'NT ALLOWED US IN AT MIDNIGHT 3 AM, SAYING THEY DID'NT RECEIVED ANY OF OUR BOOKING DETAILS. WE HAD TO GO TO RADISSON BLU GOREGAON WHICH TREATED US BETTER AND ALLOWED US WITHOUT ANY PRIOR BOOKING.

Well.. I booked it for my parents & the facility made them wait for over 1hr stating that the room is not ready & this was around 4pm.

No proper communication on booking.com. I left a message to the property & never got responded.
