Ginger Mumbai, Goregaon

The property is modern and very clean. The room was perfect for single occupancy. Ambience is very good with nice vibe from all staff. Near to Bombay Exhibition Center which made my stay very pleasant. Definitely I would come back whenever I am in Mumbai. Loved the place.

The hotel is in a convenient location and check-in was smooth. The lobby and common areas are clean and well maintained.

The room was extremely small with no cupboard and only wooden stirrers for tea or coffee, which were never replaced. One night, the power went out and although it returned within minutes, the AC didn’t work for almost four hours. Housekeeping standards were poor — staff rarely greeted guests, trolleys were left in corridors all day, and I even saw staff relaxing on a bed in an empty room. The key card stopped working every day at noon, which was very inconvenient. I travel extensively and stay at hotels around the world, and this was one of the least satisfying experiences at this price point. The service level does not match the expectations from a Taj-group operated hotel.
