The beds were comfortable and the staff were wonderful.

The shower was very small and we could hear trains almost all night. It is a short walk from the train station but it's very hilly. Also, the breakfast was very minimal - buns and jam only.

This property had one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on & the linen were so soft. The shower pressure was fantastic We were very late checking in but the staff greeted us warmly with bottles of water. It was the best start to our Japan holiday. This property is only a 10mins walk from the beautiful street of Naritansan. Nice to stroll along the little side streets and say hello to the locals. This place has given us one of the most memorable times in Japan. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

The staffs are nice and considerate. The room is big, clean, warm and comfortable. There is breakfast everyday and the bread and coffee taste great!

The bathroom's bidet in my room doesn't work well. There's no warm water in the sink. I tried renting an ironing stuff and wanted to use washing machine but they weren't available even though it said available in the description.
