the staffs were nice :) they helped us for the room and they have english explanations and information about tourism. the bathroom has bathtub and it was nice!

im so sorry to say but the beds were not really comfortable and the blanket texture (?) was strange, a bit itchy but not because it's dirty i guess so it was pretty hard to sleep comfortably. the location was actually great but if you bring heavy luggage, it's pretty tiring, especially if the google maps directs you to tiring way.

The setting was homely and rustic. Had a wonderful bathroom complete with onsen etc. The staff were nice, always having a smile on their faces. The round bread was superb, i wish I had eaten more. And even though the location of the hotel is quite far from civilization, I love the fact that it is near the station where we can relax and no longer think about a few miles of travelling to the airport. And after a long walk, the moment we arrive at your place, we feel comfortable coz it's very serene and accommodating.

New equipment and high quality, bathroom tapwares, outdoor bathtub, excellent staff (especially Nga) highly professional, polite and helpful! Nga needs to be the standard of service for your hotel.

Bathroom shower was leaking out into bathroom floor.
