Arya Hotel Dalat

Hotel has a nice location, quite on the outside of Dalat. private parking area underneath the hotel for bikes.

The room was smelly. Room and beds were clampy and not made with comforting sheets. There was mold in the bathroom. Staff we're there just chilling behind the frontdesk watching movies or series, not caring that much about customers. Spoke almost no english.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was okay - we rented motorbikes and things were close to drive to (a bit far to walk places if you don't drive). Overall it was okay - the TV could play YouTube so that was nice, and there was a fridge to store some things in.

When I arrived it was a bit dirty in the bathroom and there was no toilet paper, but they did rectify that quite quickly. The room was fine, but darker than the pictures with a small window. I also don't know what kitchen they are talking about, none of us in our group saw one!

Bed was very comfy and room was clean.

We booked the superior double room, and unlike the first picture shown for the room, there was no big window, only a very small one. There were unfortunately coffee cups and only one glass... and dirty ones in the bathroom. There was no patio like stated in the description. I feel their description is off on a few things... there was no shared kitchen, but a restaurant. Also, you CAN NOT pay by card... and the ATM is far away, we had an awful time trying to check out while trying to make our bus! The location is a bit out of the centre so I would advise renting a bike. We stayed in January and Da Lat itself was quite cold. The room was freezing with no extra blankets or anything to keep warm. Also there were bottles of water left of the table, along with other items, there was NO price list for anything and no one at reception mentioned they weren't free.. so just so you know you will have to pay for water etc left in your room. I feel like there is alot to be improved before I could recommend this hotel

Quiet Room had an outdoor patio and beautiful views.

Workers organized scooter for us really urgently and was kind.

There is was one difficulty with temporary registration for the guests which is actually common and it in obligation thing for hosts in Vietnam and it never was a problem to get proof from a host for immigration deportament. And only this one host didn't give me that proof so this fact really affect my current visa, I guess they not officially registered. Guests might be careful with that Also guys I can see that a lot of stuff is pretty new in the room, but for real just clean a walls once in week at least, I have no idea what was there, but there is some dirty dots and it looks like someone just put his stuff from the nose on the wall and no one removed it. This small thing can really change feeling that your rooms giving to the guests. (Also register your object on the governments website, it is not gonna take much time)
