Arya Hotel Dalat

Everything was alright, I just stayed on night and traveled by motorbike, so the distance to the center was not a big deal for me.

Wifi was good and that's about it.

We booked a family room with stovetop, as I need to cook for my child. There was no stovetop in the room,and hotel actually don't have rooms where you can cook. The info on Booking is misleading. The staff was very unhelpful in solving this situation. After some time and more talking to managers they allowed us to use their kitchen. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. We even took the trash out ourselves. The staff in general has no interest in helping guests. They ignored our request to clean the room. They were unhelpful in any other ways. This hotel is totally overpriced, not worth the money.

You can see that the place is relatively new by the furniture and bathroom.

Unfortunately, it has not been looked after. The wall has stains and the toilet had mould on the outside seal. Soundproofing is not existant, you can even hear the echo of your own sneeze in the hallway with the door closed. Also, you can smell the staff smoking in the lobby.
