Very poor breakfast selection. Soup dish was terrible. Room was small. Overall it was overrated. So not value for money at all. With that price, there are tons more better hotels

The hotel was beautiful. The foods were great.

There's a sign NON SMOKING but there's ashtray on the table. The staffs not very friendly.

Room wad OK but that's it.

It's not a private pool, the pool isn't a rooftop pool like the description says, it's filled with local kids and very busy, it's also next to the restaurant where you have breakfast so very busy and loud, also no swimsuit for women unless it's shorts and covered up which wouldn't be a problem if we knew before hand but my wife only had a bikini. They also said they had motorbike s for rent before I came, I asked again in the evening when checking in and was told again yes just come to reception in the morning, after booking tickets for local attractions we went to reception to collect the bike and after 30 mins was just told no. In the end we got our money back for the next evening and found another hotel which was perfect and had motorcycle waiting for us on arrival. None of these things would be a problem if I was told about them before and knew what to expect but after messaging and asking the night before checking in I feel they just lied to get the booking. I would avoid this hotel and it out of town on a steep hill so you need a bike or you will need a taxi every time you come and go. Also I paid for a room with a balcony but their idea of a balcony was about 1 foot deep, and filled with plants, you would struggle to close the door behind yourself if you got onto it and it's lit up all night with no way of turning the lights of

Le lit était confortable. C’est le seul point positif à retenir… le déjeuner est devant. Il n’y a clairement rien, et tout est fade. Nous avons donc du déjeuner à l’extérieur les 3 jours. Il y a du bruit les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisés. Dommage. Déçu dans l’ensemble.

It has a nice pool attached to it, although it is overpopulated with kids from the neighborhood.

Nothing against kids, but Stillus misrepresents the character of the pool amenity. They don’t tell you their hotel pool is drained of water and closed.

Location was not too far out of the city so it was quiet and what we wanted. The room was pretty clean and comfortable with a nice view. The staff were friendly.

The pool they advertise is a public pool so there were locals who had swimming lessons there and it was very busy. We got our clothes washed and our white/light coloured tops came out a completely different colour. The staff offered a 50% refund on the price of the laundry but unfortunately those clothes are very different.
