The location wasn’t exactly close to the markets or nightlife, however it did provide excellent views from our room window. Grab ride was only about 10-15 mins from the city centre so that wasn’t an issue at all. Room was spacious, beds really comfortable. Had one of the best sleeps during my time in Vietnam. Bathroom and room cleanliness was great. Room had air conditioning, however I found I didn’t need to use it coz the climate was cool enough.

Breakfast range wasn’t great, but wasn’t a big issue for us.

Room and towels very clean. Staff at reception helpful in Bus and taxi booking, their English is improvable. The location is good with a number of small local restaurants in a walking distance. 10 minutes by GRAB to the city center.

The room we booked was without window which was not mentioned in the description. we had to upgrade upon check in with extra payment. The breakfast time is too short for holiday makers. They close at 9 am with no exception. Only extremely sweetened milk for the coffee. The swimming pool is next door but a public one. Hotel guests get 50% discount upon voucher to buy first from reception before entering the pool.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff members were simply the best. The hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was great. It's a Vietnamese style buffet with lots of vegetables and salad as well as pho, eggs, toast, fruit and other dishes such as tofu. The room was clean and the beds firm and very comfortable. The staff members went above and beyond when they helped my son when he had a problem with paying for a grab. And they helped us book a long distance bus trip. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from the centre, or 17,000 dong on a Grab motorcycle, or 40,000 dong in a Grab car.
