Liked the cleanliness and the location. I went for jy oceanman event which was 1 km away. The stay waa very comfortable. The staff is very helpful

The pillows are too fat and hard.. they can keep additional pillows which are thin and soft

The location of the hotel and the amenities provided met expectations and more. It's perfectly located right across the beach permitting a nice beach walk even at midnight, to digest a sumptuous meal from their indoor restaurant as well as the rooftop RAKI bistro which is a treat to the eye with spectacular bird's eye view of habitat and the sea. Its a perfect place for a family hideout and I would recommend this to one and all..

i guess breakfast could be made complimentary.

Room was clean and equipped with all facilities.

The reception area and the rooftop bar were by far the highlights for me. The food on the rooftop bar was exceptional and reasonably priced with very friendly staff. The size of the room was also a highlight. The bed was comfortable.

It was very dirty and not at all like the photos on booking.com or their actual website. The walls were filthy, the windows were dirty, the building site in front of the hotel wasn’t advertised and was loud, there were stains all over the floors and on the rugs, all around the grouting was brown and mouldy, the air conditioning was very loud, the shower dripped all night, there was no power lead for the satellite tv box. I paid extra for a luxury room but this was far from luxurious or even reasonable for a korma priced room. Room prices also increased across the one hour I was booking it. I was also very frustrated to receive a call at 1100 asking to leave the room, despite check out time being 1200. The breakfast was also not very good. There was just two choices of fruit juice, limited fruit on offer and stale bread. I didn’t try the Indian breakfast curries but would have much rather of had cereals and fruit. I was also put off by the fact that three men walked into the restaurant, were not very clean and started picking food up from the buffet without using the utensils. All in all this was not a very good stay at all.
