Breakfast was terible… Blogesniu pusryciu nesame tureje.

Room was clean & comfortable. Bed was firm & comfortable. Breakfast was ok & the view from the top floor dining room was great! Staff were friendly. Maybe a chair for the balcony would be nice?

Nothing really. Good value for money.

Unprofessional and incompetent staff. Check-in: Rude male receptionist who barely spoke English and seemed unhappy to provide simple information. He needed to be prompted to return passports left on the scanner and for basic information such as the breakfast hours. Room: decent size but bedsheet had existing stain and shower doors not well sealed so water pooled in bathroom floor. When requesting more towels to help clean up the water, it took three attempts before the staff seemed to understand what I wanted… Breakfast: Extremely disappointed with a single hot option, mostly empty food trays and unattentive staff. We I asked, I was told they put on less dishes because there were not many guests in the hotel at the time. This was at 8:00am. I find this ridiculous as a paying customer. Checkout: Be aware they do an inspection at checkout under the guise of “checking if you forgot things” but is really there to try and charge you for any damage they perceive. We also stored our luggage on checkout but were not given any bag tags and they just store it in an unsecure conference room. When we returned to get our luggage it was strange to see the staff member just sitting in there with lights off on his phone.. strange. Finally as we left there was no one at the reception but we then saw the receptionist had just abandoned the desk so he could have a smoke outside…

Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.
