Dalat Paradise Hotel

Clean. Nice breakfast. Clean area outside but most eating places on other side of town.

Check in poor. One word questions . no hello or welcome. Booking? Passports? On arrival they had given low floor room. I requested high floor because of streetnoise. Reception said hotel full. No change possible. I immediately looked on bookings. Rooms available!!!!! I asked why she lied to me and didnt want to help. No answer but got duty manager. Then given high floor room which was ready. She let the hotel down.

The breakfast included was a buffet and was not good.. whilst there was options was not tasty and most items room temp… also not at all hygienic.. hair on serving tongs etc… The room was very noisy at night with a school/church (?) next door that started up about 4am singing… there was no air con.. for the price of the room we were disappointed to say the least

Smell from the bathroom sometimes. There was no ac in the room only a fan. For us, the weather wasn’t that hot so we were okay.

The staff was super helpful and friendly! The rooms on the upper floors and nice and comfy and the hotel is super clean. The breakfast buffet (in the weekends) is good enough, especially if you like Asian breakfast. The location was perfect. Super close to the city center, restaurants and minimarkets.

Make sure not to book a room in the basement, and if you book a superior double room be aware you could be out on the ground floor, with less comfort and a lot of noise from the street close by. But all the other room categories (deluxe,...) are on upper floors and very comfy.
