Friendly staff in a clean, comfortable and modern hotel. Rooms are spacious and well arranged. Just no bath tube, which would have been nice in these cold days. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style with some little western style selection. But nice fresh brewed coffee makers. Just too less seating area during peak hours from 7:30~8:30am. Hotel location is perfect next to a shopping mall (Han's Plaza), which has many restaurants and shops. Just to downtown of Beijing you'll need to spend at least 1h by car, if there is no traffic jam. If you don't need to commute to downtown frequently, then it's just fine. Especially for the price you pay you get much.

If your staying for a significant length of time in Beijing this is a great hotel. The apartment suites are clean, and very spacious with a washer available for washing clothes. Staff doesn't speak English very well, but very nice and do their best to make your stay very comfortable. My only bad remark is when the weather begins turning colder they turn the heat on in the hotel and you can't control the AC. Therefore the rooms begin to get warm when it warms up in the afternoons and over night.

hard to like this one - a long way out in a office-land desert. Check in took ages - i had to say minimum 6 times "i want a room" waving my credit card and passport and very nearly walkedout. No room service, drunks in the lobby completely ignored by staff, poor slow laundry service. Yes its cheap. Breakfast is passable. Hint - there is a Pullman nearby

If you need to be in this part of town, then this is an excellent alternative. I had none of the noisyness described in some of the reviews (though the place was fully booked), the rooms are sufficiently spacious, WIFI works, breakfast is OK: no further thrills, but then again the price is more than reasonable. Repeat visits by me are guaranteed!

The room facility was very good and clean,the location quite far from the center city but very quiet place.Nearby supermarket and food center ( Han Plaza) staff very helpful and friendly. Will go back again if we do have any chance.

A nice standard Holiday Inn, and greatly located in the center of the newly raising sub-urban area of Beijing City. Breakfast is as good as I expected. Parking is free and convenient. Despite the cleaness of the room carpet, everything is better than OK.

It is hard to imagine a holiday inn hotel doesn't have AC or Heater. It turns out, the hotel can only do one or the other. AC or Heater. You simply cannot have both. ARE YOU SERIOUS? My first stay was very nice where AC was available, and the second stay was a disaster. The room was so stuffy that I could not stay inside the room. AC and Heater are core amenities, and if you do not have it, you should not consider yourself being a hotel. The front desk was kind enough to change me to a room with 4 windows where I could open all the window and breath.

This hotel is definitely not close to the city center but there's a train station nearby (still a 40-min ride) The new hotel is spacious and well designed. The 2 bedroom suite for 4 pax is very ideal for a big family. The rooms we stayed on were well maintained. The buffet breakfast has good selection as well. The receptionists were very helpful and can speak English.
