Loved the food In particular the breakfast, the room was also really good quality

Maybe a little direction about where to go when you get there, checking in from the restaurant. Also random but the music in the restaurant was a little downbeat!

Staff were friendly and hospitable. Comfortable rooms. I suffer with insomnia but I slept very deeply and well.

Shut at 10pm which I wasn’t expecting.

Room, bar and restaurant all very pleasant and comfortable spaces. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Parking and location ideal.

Bedside lamps too low for reading, but host has already taken that on.

Friendly staff on arrival . Great location and the hotel and pub were beautiful and full of history

From the warm welcome, to the stunning accommodation with niche extras, we were impressed once again. Delicious food both at dinner and breakfast!

Very pleasant staff. Room was nice and warm ,clean nice toiletries provided comfortable bed .i liked the little fridge in the cupboard which housed a small bottle of milk for making tea, but unfortunately the little fridge was not very cold and the milk tasted horrid in the morning when i made a cup of tea

Had fish and chips for dinner in restaurant. The fish had a very large covering of batter which was very soggy and undercooked in the middle and there was a very thin piece of fish somewhere in the middle . Couldnt find the hairdryer at first , was looking in the drawers where i expected to find it but when my brother came in who is very very tall he could see it on the top shelf in the wardrobe . Me being only 5ft 4ins couldnt see that high up .
