Der Pool auf dem Dach. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber.

Das Abendessen entsprach aus unserer Sicht nicht einem 4-Sterne Hotel. Obwohl das Doppelzimmer 35 qm hatte, war es durch den Zuschnitt fast beengt. Eins der zusammengeschobenen Betten war bereits etwas durchgelegen. Leider nur ein Waschbecken.

Great location, great food, really nice rooms. Well organized ski storage. Great outdoor infinity pool !!! Very good sauna areas.

This is really minor, but some staff members in the restaurant didn’t pay enough attention to the guests. In such a great hotel (who boasts returning guests) this should not have happened. Perhaps not every employee deserves to work in this hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großem Wellnessangebot. Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht und bekamen ein unschlagbar gutes Upgrade für Halbpension! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hat es uns an nichts gefehlt!

- Sowohl beim Check-In, beim Fragen nach dem Weg zur Reception (Hotel ist gross, man braucht einen Plan, um sich zurecht zu finden) als auch bei der Frage nach einem Tisch fürs Abendessen war das Personal schnippisch bis unfreundlich. - Die Matratze im Zimmer 214 ist durchgelegen und klumpig. - Die Fassadenbeleuchtung des Hotels strahlt extrem ins Zimmer 214! Die Vorhänge lassen das gesamte Licht durch, Rolladen gibt es keine.
