very nice and cozy place, renovated from 15th century horse stable. comfortable and clean rooms. very nice and helpful family owners, you will enjoy staying at this place, especially during the cold days sitting in front of fireplace. recommendacion!

peaceful location

all ok except only two TV channel working

We were unsure about breakfast, but ended up taking continental every morning, handy location for our trip to watch Rally Ypres.

Our room,#13 could have done with mosquito protection , and only two tv channels 🙁

It's a nice place with a view on the countryside and fields. Plenty sitting possibilities outside. Convenient parking and a nice guest lady.

We did not appreciate the 2 single beds sliding from each other the whole time and no air-conditioning in the room just during the hot summer months so very hard to sleep. The breakfast was probably lovely and large but unfortunately the plates were almost all empty when we arrived, all cleared out by a big noisy group of people (certainly not the fault of the B&B though).

Nice, quiet location with access to three other countries (by car). Great host.

Would be good to have conditioner in room. But even w/o conditioner it was OK.
