Am avut o experiență excelentă la Family Hotel Rai din Șumen, Bulgaria. Camera este foarte spațioasă, decorată cu bun gust și mobilată frumos. Baia este modernă și bine echipată, iar curățenia este impecabilă în toate spațiile. Un mare plus este balconul, care este de fapt o terasă generoasă, dotată cu mobilier din fier forjat și decorată cu flori, perfectă pentru relaxare. Mâncarea a fost delicioasă și servită din abundență – cu siguranță un aspect care face șederea și mai plăcută. Per total, un loc liniștit, curat și primitor, unde te simți ca acasă. Ofer nota 10 și îl recomand cu încredere!

Приятен и удобен хотел, близо до пешеходната зона и платото. Хубав изглед към паметника. Ресторантът е уютен, храната е вкусна. Любезни служители.

The location was great. Close to the centre.

Stuff was unfriendly. Firstly, they allowed us to have late checkout, and then they changed their mind. Also the receptionist women Viola charged us and we paid an extra 25 euro, because the towel was dirty and the lining, but to be honest I don't understand why it should be clean after our stay.
