The Historic Leakey Inn

Old historic inn as the name says. Comfortable bed, great staff

Shower didn’t put out hardly any water and was difficult to get set to right temp.

Did not eat breakfast there not sure if restaurant is open at that time. Dinner was good and staff friendly. Coffee available in cabin. Great place for motorcycle riders. Can park right at your door.

Could be more places to hang cloths in rooms. Just some hooks on the wall would be a simple fix. Had to lay cloths over a chair. Not a big deal but hooks would be good.

Nice and relaxing stay.

Nothing didn’t really meet anyone or experience anything the music next door was loud and annoying

The water took forever to get warm, the air conditioner/heater was noisy, the room was very dated and old

Loved the pavilion and pool areas. The grounds and room was very clean. We had an unbelievably slow coffee maker, and mentioned to the housekeeping couple. Within 5 minutes, he brought us a brand new one still in the box, now that’s great service!!! Room was a little small, but the price was great, and the grounds and service made up for it.

Great location. Near nearby historic sites and restaurants. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast buffet. Coffee and tea bar available at all hours.

It's a great location for accessing Frio, Twisted Sisters motorcycle route, and the area is beautiful. Also, the staff is friendly, the facilities are usually fairly well kept, and I prefer the privacy and space of a cabin versus a hotel room. Lastly, I like their restaurant, bar, and patio.

Cockroaches in the cabin is not acceptable, the price is a bit high, the a/c system is a little lacking for the Texas summer heat, and it took a while to figure out how to get a show on the television with Direct TV.
