Our room was very old and outdated and the shower was broken there’s no way our room was 4star we would rate it at 2star

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The accommodation was not as described. We specifically booked a room with a double bed but were given two single beds instead. The room was very old, poorly maintained, and appeared to be falling apart in places. Cleanliness was a major issue, with the property feeling dirty and neglected. There was also a strong unpleasant smell throughout our stay. One of the biggest concerns was the shower, which only produced extremely hot water and posed a genuine scalding risk. We also saw rats on the property, which was completely unacceptable. The food provided was of very poor quality and did not meet expectations. Overall, the condition of the accommodation was far below what was advertised, and we felt uncomfortable staying there. As a result, we chose to leave a day early. Despite the condition of the property and our inability to continue our stay due to these issues, the staff were unwilling to provide a refund for the unused night and were not helpful in resolving the situation. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this accommodation.

The staff were so lovely and so helpful with everything, they served a delicious breakfast also, the rooms were nice and clean, and it was just a really welcoming resort to stay at. Perfect location to the beach and all the beach bars
