Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Rooms were comfortable

The packed lunch was not good value and there was no flexibility to just have a sandwich. The cheese salad sandwich was contained 2 slices of processed cheese and limp lettuce. Not up to the standard of the rat of the stay.

A very comfortable and friendly place right in the heart of Malham. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the log fires in the dining and sitting areas.

"Lovely stay in Malham"

Staff were really friendly and the location was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable and had free parking. The breakfast was delicious.

The room was quite dusty with lots of cobwebs in high places. The windows were also really dirty, particularly the velux window. The room would have benefitted from its own fridge but there was one in the communal area that was replenished with fresh milk. There was a TV but only had a small number of channels available.
