Excellent location, huge but cozy rooms with exceptional ambience and facilities. The pool and view from pool area was gorgeous.

There is a very steep and narrow climb for about a kilometer to the hotel for which a 4-wheel drive is recommended.

We had a great stay with our two young kids. The cottage room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Lovely view from the balcony and quiet. Room was well equipped. Staff was also top notch and very kind & helpful. One of the highlights was the nightly bonfire with music and entertainment, lead by the duty manager Suresh, who is an absolutely amazing person and made our stay very memorable. It was also great for the kids and an opportunity to meet the other guests. A further big highlight was the food. We had both breakfast and dinner included in our room and both meals were amazing. Everything was simply delicious and the selection at the buffet was huge and varied. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The pool had a lovely view but the surroundings were not that well maintained. Same for the spice garden and walking trail. They were both nice but with a bit more effort (like removing the trash from the garden) it could have been even nicer. Still, these are minor things compared to all the good/great aspects of our stay.

Bipin, Sanusha, Biju Peter & Aleena Matthew’s were highlights of our trip. All the staff were great but these 4 team members were exceptional. Rooms were nice. The food was exceptional, really nice buffet for breakfast & dinner with A La Cart options. The executive chef was outstanding. We will be back when we next visit India. Thank you!

Would have been interested to know more about the Spa, I didn’t bother asking because no one mentioned it. The quantity of towels in room and lack of toilet paper. It seemed when you called to ask for more they were quick and to say yes but they don’t appear until another few calls. We found it a little tricky to find on Google maps but when we called they gave us directions. There was no bae and the hotel has no licence to serve alcohol. Had I know this prior to coming we would have booked else where. With the restaurant closing at 10pm there really is no where as a group to chill.
