Elephant Passage

Nice location with perfect sunset view. Polite staff members who were always ready to help. They arranged upon request a nice packed breakfast for our early hike. We had an issue with shower drain which was resolved quickly. Overall highly recommended. The room was quite spacious.

The road is very steep to reach the hotel, which explains the amazing view. Unfortunately, our room was right below the kitchen, therefore we heard some noise in the night.

We loved the pool and setting. The room was lovely

We hoped there would more help to organise guided walks to see the splendour and experience more of Munnar which we had to organise ourselves

There is no entertainment in the property, suitable for official trip not for family holiday trip

Spread was limited, but taste and quality is good.

Not worth the money we are paying

Great place with high standard of service and top facilities. The dinner buffet is excellent. They even packed a nice breakfast to go on our departure day. It is a family place (lots of children were there during our stay).

Noise from kitchen till late night forced us to request to change room. Second room was better.
