The location is really good, though it's not in the main Munnar century, the location of the property is serene and peaceful. The rooms were also good

The room service and preparation was not there. I made a booking for three people and expected the toiletries and tea caddy to be stocked for 3 people but it wasn't. Even after asking front desk to keep 3 coffee cups in the room, it wasn't done. The spa is also very new and the spa bathroom is incomplete without a shower holder. The steam room was also not functional.

would be great to add more traditional Kerala dishes. This would give visitors from other states a more authentic taste of the local cuisine.
