Grand Plaza

Ajaay the manager of the place is something special, he took care of everything we asked for, and did it with all his heart. We ate there one evening a meal that he cooked which was excellent! The location of the hotel is right on the canal, a very quiet and pleasant place, it has only 4 guest rooms and a huge garden and also a pool (we didn't use it). The rooms are large and spacious, very comfortable. We were greeted with a glass of delicious juice and cordially.

I think the sheets covering the duvet are too old.

La posizione ottima, lontana dal caos, ma in poco tempo si raggiunge old munnar. La colazione, molto buona, è a buffet e c'è una vasta scelta di piatti indiani da provare.

Great location. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. You could see the Tea Plantation from our room balcony.

The location was great. Near to all places we wanted to see. Breakfast was good. Day staff were friendly. Rooms were not that great but bed was comfortable.

The rooms looked quite dark. Lighting was not enough. Rooms need upgrading. There was a staff member who created disturbances at night by playing loud music with his friends in the reception area. Not very professional at all.

Staff were obliging. The rooms were clean. It was closer to town than our previous hotel.

The buffet menu was average. The hotel was still a tuk tuk ride out of town. It didn't serve alcohol.
