Breakfast was amazing. The location is pretty good, right in the middle of old town. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower had good pressure. For the price you can't get better than this

Estaba muy limpio, habitación amplia, aire acondicionado y mosquiteras

Nos dieron habitación en el tercer piso con muchas escaleras sin ascensor, desayuno muy sencillo, dentro del centro histórico pero alejado de las zonas más turísticas. Personal muy amable pero muy poco eficiente, tuvimos que pagar en efectivo a la llegada y no nos dieron el cambio hasta el tercer día haciéndonos esperar a la salida.

Herzlichen Dank an Hussein und das Team von Aurelia für die Gastfreundschaft und Hilfe während unseres Aufenthalts in Stone Town. Von Ein- bis Auschecken haben wir uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Hussein war unglaublich hilfsbereit und immer darum bemüht, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Unsere ersten Wörter auf Swahili haben wir von ihm gelernt. 😊 Unsere Zimmer mit Blick über die Stadt waren groß, einfach und praktisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Morgens gab es ein leckeres Frühstück mit frischem Saft, Obst, Eiern und Gebäck. Aurelia liegt zentral in Stone Town, und man kann von dort sehr einfach alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen und findet jede Menge Cafés und Restaurants. Asante sana! 🙏❤️

Friendly and always endeavoured staff. Breakfast was for us totally sufficient. Good mattress. Nice view from the balcony.

While sleeping, earplugs are always necessary as it is for me a very noisy area till late and from early in the morning. Perpetual smell of moth balls in the room.

Depois do taxista se perder um pouco pra achar o lugar, fomos bem recebidos pelo Hussein que pediu só alguns minutos para fazer nosso super early check in. Aí fomos acomodados em um bom quarto, ele nos ajudou a levar as malas pra cima e nos apoiou pra alguns pontos logísticos

Muito barulho na madrugada por causa dos minaretes e os gatos sambando nos telhados de zinco do entorno.

Hussein at the reception was nice and helped us booking transfer on our way out. The room was good size and the bed confortable. Breakfast was simple but OK. In general, a good value for money

Not in the best area of Stone Town, but with easy access to shops and restaurants. Bathroom outdated. Some noise from the street below.

The location was hard to find and very dirty area around the place. The room was not very clean, pretty old and outdated. The room smelled bad. Very small room, no place to open you luggage but big bed. Also very noisy neighbourhood
