The service, price, location

The bathroom had a shower curtain- no separate shower. Noisy air conditioner

Room size is great. Comfortable bed. And having Restaurant and Bar on site a bonus.

Shower temp could have been hotter.

Location and accomodating staff.

The hot water is limited for 20min full bath and need to wait for 2 hours to reheat which is not ideal for medium to large number of guests.

Found the room large and comfortable. The twin bed was just right for my family. It was a spacious and clean room.

service standard at the restaurant for Breakfast was horrendous. Tea for two was served in a takeaway cup, 3 eggs omelet, portion felt too meagre for the price - did not feel like "3eggs" at all.. Also the eggs Benedict had no charm whatsoever. It felt like the chef was simply forced to work the shift. Never trying the restaurant here again. Substandard, no where close to the name "Distinction" Flipside the room was a delight to stay. Appreciate accepting us late at night, with well directed note it was easy to locate.

My husband and I along with our 2 children stayed in a room with 2 large beds. Very clean tidy and better than expected for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

We went down for breakfast a few minutes before 9am and breakfast finished at 9am so was dissapointed we missed the buffet breakfast as we had heard amazing thing about it and was looking forward to trying it. Maybe breakfast could finish 9.30 or 10am.

The hotel is very tired - however it is obvious that a restoration is taking place. In the rest it is dated and not well appointed or provisioned, The bed was adequate and the room was warm, the shower poor. The facilities were extremely basic.
