Clean and peaceful

The road to get there, No signal at all

Convenient for where I needed to be.

No light bulb in the left side light. Light switch by the entrance door did not do anything. Water on the floor at the entrance to the shower. Breakfast was okay but there never seemed to be anybody in attendance when items needed replenishment, they were always in the kitchen outside of attracting attention. Took ages to replenished the coffee. Room 21

Location, friendly staff, very welcoming

Long wait in the restaurant, then the order wasn’t put through, we were told we’d have to wait another 1/2 hr, we’d already waited 3/4 hr, so we got a refund and had to go out and eat elsewhere

Had a little bit of a problem on booking in, as I had requested an accessible room I knew before hand that they didn't not have one but assured me I would get a ground floor room. Upon arrival not the case, but the matter was soon resolved and we were given a ground floor.

Bit noisy threw the walls.

Tired, needs money spending on it. Disappointing food; luke warm, cold plates didn't help. Noisy rooms, could hear next room occupants clearly. Banging doors - why not put a door closer to prevent them slamming?

Decent room size, food was ok no other positives only super Barry who was basically doing everything.

Room wasn't ready due to staff sickness but Barry at the desk cleaned it for us, we had dinner which was ok but plates were left on our table for two hours until Barry appeared, all other staff seemed to just not be bothered, lady behind bar just moaned to every customer that she'd been working for seven hours, Our room number 2 had a wet room which was like an indoor swimming pool in the morning, if you fancy an early night & lay in this isn't the place for you it has the worlds loudest doors that seem to be slamming every 5 minutes. Looking forward to going home for the rest!

This hotel is fantastic ill definitely book again staff are great efficient and friendly we loved it heard it had up graded and we had a great room Food is excellent Location was lovely with lots of space to park Service is friendly Thankyou to all the staff.

There was nothink to dislike

Great value, comfortable room, food at the bar area was really good and we had good service from the bar staff.

There were no toiletries on arrival - but this was sorted out fairly quickly. Breakfast was a little disappointing - no gluten free bread, cereal or fresh fruit.
