The food was not great. Breakfast was look warm and the evening meals of the three I had two. I hardly ate as it was not great.

Stayed on many occasions . Always been happy

I booked a double but was out in a twin. In all fairness, I did not raise with the hotel because I had a hectic weekend and was too tired to move

The warm comfy duvet. The quiet. I slept without ear plugs for once. Lovely that I had the twin beds room just of me. Lots of space.

The mattress itself could be updated. It's a bit sinking. And the shower needs a curtain or something but if you don't mind having water splashing everywhere then you're fine 🤣

Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice . Dinner was very good and great value for money

Everything, the rooms, the layout of the rooms, food and drink and the staff were excellent

Nothing to not like

The staff were very helpful n cheerful.. it was very quiet until someone at 23.00 decided to rummage in bins but it could of been a fox. The hot water was great.. the tea coffee facilities clean.. nice towels

The corridors were very strong in odour like wet dog or maybe the hoover hasn't been emptied n cleaned? My husband had a shower the first morning n within seconds it flooded the bathroom floor so it looked like not only was the plug blocked or struggling... but the seal on the shower door wasn't very good .. there was also quite a bit of mould in the opposite corner which is soo easily rectified with a steamer .. we did mention it to bar staff that very morning but the same thing happens the next morning! The WiFi was very intermittent but then that could of been where we were. This place has such great potential n it's a constructive criticism not a put down n I would consider staying again
