It was clean

By far the worst hotel I've stayed in Vietnam. Upon arrival there was scaffolding in front of the building, which we had to maneuver around with our luggage. The hotel was empty. Perhaps we were traveling in April which may be off-season once I arrived into my room. It was literally a dungeon, no windows no AC. The room was extremely hot. I felt sick after the second night as there is no ventilation in the room. I think if you have visitors during the off-season and you know the room is not great perhaps considering them bumping them up to an upgraded room given that you have an obstacle course to just get in the building which makes your stay very uncomfortable and not appealing.

Exceptionally clean and extremely helpful manager and staff. We hired a scooter through the hotel which was very handy, and booked our travel to Ho Chi Minh through the hotel manager, which was a great journey and very well organised. Thank you for the great stay!

Only part that could be improved is the acoustics - the noise from other rooms and the hallway is very loud in the room. Some carpet and/or soft wall linings/acoustic doors would be of great benefit.

Stayed for 5 nights. It was a clean and spacious room. The shower had good pressure. Bed was comfy although the mattress constantly moved/shifted. Location was a 5/10 mins walk from the city centre and had a lovely coffee shop just a few doors down. Pictures provided are accurate.

There was no incorporated/built in aircon in the room. We were given a portable air cooler unit, which in all fairness did work. They do not provide complimentary bottled water but the shops directly across the road had large bottles for sale for only 20k dong. I don't think Da Lat gets a lot of English speaking tourists and so we had some trouble communicating with the staff we encountered, but we got by for the basics. I wouldn't bother paying extra 100k dong for the breakfast as the only option available is Pho. You are better off going to the local shops and eating street food.

A lovely clean hotel with helpful staff. It was in a good location for our needs. There are some very good local restaurants a short walk from the hotel. The restaurant doing excellent spring rolls is out of the hotel turn right at the top of the street and a short walk and it is on the opposite side of the road after around 200m.

The breakfast for western people is dismal. No tea only coffee. No juice and the options are eggs and bread with some fruit. Do not let this put you off staying here.

Non English speaking staff and very basic breakfast. Fridge was not cold and no ironing facilities.

The breakfast was average for a westerner. Location was goo, but the staff attempted to upcharge us on everything from laundry to taxi to the airport
