Royal Palace

Room is beautiful and location not too far to the night market. I like the cleanliness and the bed is very comfortable.

Will be nice if there is aircond as sleeping with thick comforter will make body feel very warm, and it's cold if we don't cover ourselves with blanket. Also there is a tower fan, but the fan noise is loud.

Was very clean and comfortable beds location was perfect for what we wanted 10 min walk to supermarket

Great property amenities and location with a spacious foyer & large buffet/ dining area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and of high standard, including a good sized bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included, including toast, fruits, cereal and freshly made omelette. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Almost everything was not ok. Daily need to ask for toilet, coffee etc replenishment. .Location was very noisy way before dawn and late midnight still traffic moving about and people on the street making noises. .Security lock not functioning since the day we checked in and they promised to fix it but they didn't after been telling them daily. .Been charged with extra 3% of for using credit card payment. Ridiculous I been visiting almost 3/4 of Vietnam this's my lst time been charged with this kind of charges. This will be my first and last time using Booking.com for hotel booking.

To be fair, not a lot. The rooms were of good size, the washroom was of great size. Bed was comfy.

Our worst stay in Vietnam hats down. The facilities we booked were not available in the room at all,they were charged extra. I am not sure if it is the fault of the hotel or the Booking.com. No robe, no sauna all extra charge. But my booking was based on this or else we could have booked a lot of rooms that were cheaper and better. Only place where i was asked to pay in full before even given the room. Rest of our trip we payed at checkout. Since i was not informed i had to pay by credit card and was charged extra for that too. Even the ppl at reception couldnt speak proper english. We had to call 3 times to fix our toilets as it was not flushing properly. No AC and the tower fan they had could not cope at all. Breakfast was passable too. Musquitoes were super annoying.
