We had a good stay here from a room perspective. The rooms are very clean. From a location perspective also very good.

- 2% extra charge on all card transactions - No specific rate card. One staff told us that the airport drop cost is 300000 VND and when we asked another person later on they told 350000 VND. So it is like they tell whatever they feel like - The motor-bike on rental is not for 24 hours. All the places that I visited in vietnam had 24 hours rental. they said it is only for the same day. So i had to pay double just to use it for 2 hours the next day. - breakfast buffet was not present. Looks like they set up the buffet only if they have enough guests. As on our booking day, there were less guests, they had very few options. None of them were vegetarian. - No early checkin even when the whole hotel was empty.

The hotel room was large and very clean. Moreover, the hotel had a good location.

It was very cold in the hotel and in the room. It was also very noisy, we couldn't sleep properly and we are not sensitive to that. There was only a little choice at breakfast, there was no buffet but a la carte.
