Service standard ob the highest level possible

Almost every thing the spa sessions were awsome, the staff very kind and welcoming, also helped us to have a perfect stay. The hotel is in a very quiet place where you can enjoy peace. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable. We appreciate our stay in this hotel lot. A little special thank's to Nikoleta who found us perfect places for dinners.

Maybe one thing, was the jacuzzi, we need to set the bubbles again and again and again, it doesn't last long enough to appreciate it and relax.

Piscina

La poca variedad en el desayuno , tenían un enchufe roto que lo arreglaron rápido pero la persona de la limpieza era poco atenta tuvimos que reclamar en recepción que éramos 4 personas y nos pusieron 3 toallas , el bote de crema se acabó y aún dejándoselo a la vista en la habitación no lo repusieron , el personal de hotel super atento y muy agradable

Le personnel de l'hôtel (réception, petit déjeuner, bar / piscine) est d'une très grande gentillesse et efficacité. Le petit-déjeuner à la carte est de très bon niveau et copieux. Les chambres sont très confortables, grandes et bien équipées. L'hôtel est situé à l'entrée de Pyrgos, emplacement central pour visiter tous les lieux emblématiques de Santorin.
