Alleys All-Suite Hotel & Spa

We absolutely loved our week at Alleys. Nikoleta and Nafsika were exceptional. They made our holiday. Both were genuinely warm. They helped with reservations, transport and recommendations which allowed me to feel like we’d covered everything on the island. I genuinely think it’s worth booking alleys just for these girls! We stayed in the love suite which I would recommend to couples and families as there’s a separate room for the kids. The sunset from the hot tub is perfect! Breakfast is lovely. It’s a la carte, so you can’t help yourself but you can order extra if you’re still hungry. Stefan who ran the ship at the restaurant and bar was also great and went out of his way to ensure you had the perfect table, shade, and everything else you need. I didn’t get to use the spa, but the lady who worked there was lovely. We took buses everywhere on the island. It’s 2 euros to most places. To Oia you have to get 2 buses. So 4 euros in total. Note- queuing doesn’t exist. It’s a free for all once for the bus arrives! We also hired a car for a day to get to the places that aren’t really easy to access. I would thoroughly recommend the lighthouse sunset which the girls (Nafsika and nikoleta) told me about!! Pyrgos isn’t very big but right in the centre of everything. It’s a great location, and much quieter than Fira and Oia. The sunset in Pyrgos is amazing!

Although the suite was cleaned perfectly on arrival. The in room cleaning during our stay was slightly lacking. Our sheets were only changed once in a week and ‘cleaning’ only really involved making the beds, emptying the bins and changing the towels. Some cleaning during the week would have made this break perfect.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist us at every step. They were always ready to help, whether it was arranging a table reservation at a nearby restaurant or answering our questions with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The cleanliness of the hotel was also outstanding – everything felt well-maintained and perfectly taken care of. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. The service, the food, and the atmosphere made our stay absolutely perfect.

Privacy, as we where in room 302, it was not private at all. There was a man in the morning jumping from apartment to another for cleaning, did not leave privacy as it was always unexpected, there was bathroom window from the next apartment was built in our apartment facing all our terrace and had seen man head movement as someone was stalking, completely unacceptable, and bushes on the sides of the pool are need to be more bigger as I constantly see many people coming near to the bushes to see our area and that was uncomfortable. Need to improve on the privacy as we spent a lot of money with a "private pool and terrace" which not private at all

Chambre très confortable avec jacuzzi. Petit déjeuner et repas très bien préparés et savoureux. Un super endroit pour se reposer et profiter de ses vacances. Personnel adorable.

Un peu d'ombre sur la terrasse personnelle en été ferait du bien
