Nothing, the receptionist had to look for another accommodation for us

The shebeen in the premises. The music was very loud that there was no way we could sleep there. We had to get another accommodation. The marketing of the hotel does not include the noise there, if we knew about it before, we would not have bothered to book there.

The rooms were clean and beautiful

The noise, there was a couple which was fighting and broke a door handle, my partner had to go and repremend them. Then he called the reception guy who said he has attended to it while he did not because the incident just happened at that time and we were outside our room he was not there. He then came to speak to them.
