"The hotel is in a noisy area and not clean , the reception not clean , Just not what i expected"

Receptinist took us to our room , helped with luggage

Nothing, too noisy for a hotel there's a club behind the hotel same premises, there were children everywhere even eating in front of the reception, Reception not clean

Nothing

It was noisy the whole night. We had young kids and could not sleep. There were a whole lot of party gores littering in parking area and felt so unsafe as they were drunk!

The facility were top notch, only the area,. We did not know they have a tavern inside the hotel we didn't sleep at all
