"Great location, that’s it!"

Location is perfect!

Service is below average. To get your car out of the garage is cumbersome. Staff is complaining and questioning why you need your car. To get soap at your room is an effort. Overall not a 4 star service.

"Hotel nice staff not hostile but certainly not welcoming"

Location comfortable

The staff were not really friendly. They made a mistake with our half board and challenged us as were about to sit down for dinner. This was in front of everyone. Also added drinks to our bill which we did not have?

"everything was great"

I was given a better room than I had booked. I was surprised at how good the hotel was. Convenient location, excellent restaurant, friendly and responsive staff. Everything clean and nice. Recommend.
