location. breakfast and dinner. underground parking and staff

the bar area. it was very dark and not a place where you would sit after dinner for a drink.

"nice hotel but really bad customer service by the owners themselves"

the hotel is great, clean and comfortable. the location is also great. breakfast was very good.

the owners are not reasonable, penny wise and pound foolish, disrespectful . the parking is valet parking and they damaged my car, the entire right side of it being scratched ( front to back). although we were understanding that these things can happen, when asked for 4 more hours of parking after checkout we were denied unpleasantly but asked to pay 20 euros for so called late check out of the car. no consideration for me now needing to spend time with the garage back and forth to repair the damage they caused and promised to cover the reparation expenses. left a very bad taste the way we left and how we were treated
