Los Ángeles Hotel

The pool was lovely. The food was tasty and not too expensive. Shower was hot. The little shampoo, soap, sewing kit and shoe shiner came in useful. Room service and fresh towels when needed. Staff helpful.

No water garrafon. Beds are really Hard. Needing to find breakfast/drinks in the morning. There is a lovely lady selling local coffee in the plaza close by.

El hotel tiene algo parecido a un presurizador de agua que hace ruido cada cierto tiempo, día y noche, lo cual hace imposible descansar si tienes el sueño ligero. El hotel está tan cerca del centro que se escucha demasiado fuerte las campanadas de la iglesia a las 5:00 am en domingo y melodías que ponen a las 6;00 am, todos los días, lo cual interrumpe el descanso, la habitación tenía un sillón extremadamente sucio y en general mucha suciedad abajo de los muebles, el servicio y disponibilidad del personal muy mal, pedí hielos y me dijeron que yo mismo fuera al bar por ellos, no tienen personal las 24 horas y en nuestra estancia a unos huéspedes los dejaron en la calle ya que llegaron tarde y no les informaron a qué hora cerraban el hotel y después de mucho ruido para que les abrieran, fueron a abrirles. en general, no considero que sea una buena opción para hospedarse.

Great location.

Our first room had mold on the walls. The beds were hard and the toilet flush in my parents' room didn't work properly.

There was mold all over the bathroom and it smelled accordingly. We stayed in a room with a window facing the pool. There was very loud music each night from the pool bar until past midnight. Even using earplug, you could still hear it.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is quite beautiful.

There are some maintenance issues, one of the rooms was so musty and sewage smelling that we had to move. The staff were very accommodating and kind, unfortunately the second room the toilet leaked and there was water all over the floor, so there was a third room. So unfortunately, one of our party had to move twice, but they were very accommodating and lovely.

Malos olores en el cuarto, a drenaje, no tiene trampa el lavabo y eso produce el mal olor,

No me gustó que me hayan cancelado mi reservación después de haber pagado y tuve que hablar a Expedia para apoyo y solo así! Eso no me gustó!! Mi factura no la han mandado y tampoco me gusta eso!!

Buena limpieza, bonita y limpia alberca.
