No breakfast was served

Facilities were older. Shower did not work very well and room/bathroom could use a deeper clean.

Buen hotel. No había agua caliente. El espacio en el baño era muy pequeño.

Excelente ubicación cerca de la plaza principal, accesible y muy cómodo.

The rooms where very nice and clean

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. They have a open to the public restaurant by the pool, sometimes it was uncomfortable getting in the pool

Great pool area and comfortable bed. Cute decoration and tiles throughout.

Ask for one of the only two rooms with windows, everything else looks internally and has no privacy. The owner is incredibly unfriendly.

The location was good, close to the mission. The hotel looked great, a classic mexican style hotel with a courtyard. The majority of the staff were very helpful in answering our requests.

The bathroom had black mould and smelt damp on arrival. The hot water was temperamental and took about 5 minutes to heat up (points to ageing facilities). Our room had an outward facing window which looked onto the pool. This meant we were kept awake until 2 am due to loud music from the Cigara Bar despite asking the reception for them to turn the music down. The general manager seemed grumpy and uninterested.

I liked this hotel but i didnt understand why they wanted me to wear a wristband ... so i didnt. We also had no hot water so that was a thing. But the bed was comfortable and it was conveniently located.
