The room was beautiful, very clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, I wasn't expecting such a nice view as we got so that was really nice. And I really appreciate the front desk lady was really nice and helpful getting my payment thru!

I was caught off guard being hit with $100 upfront charge for incident fees, would be good if that was more clear in all the emails I got, I understood there would be some fees, but wasn't expecting $100 at check in (we did get it back after check out) Just would have been good to know so I had enough in my account. Also $18 to park a night I feel should be included in the hotel price, separate seemed not right to me.

Everything was great. We were awake with the train, but I understand that nothing you can do. Everyone was very nice really they appreciate the great staff you have. Thank you for a nice stay.
